Post-master: how to prepare a post for social networks
Post-master is a text tool that helps turn your idea or draft into a ready-made post for a specific social network, audience and style. It does not publish posts itself and does not connect to accounts: you get one text option in a separate panel, copy it or download it as TXT. In this guide the workflow is broken down using the example of a fictional bakery holding a Saturday bread-making workshop. The study scenario: coincidences with real establishments are random. We will go through the path from formulating the task to checking the result and consider where the tool is useful and where your edits are needed.
Ouvrir l'outil: Rédacteur de publications sociales ↗What exactly does Post-master do
The tool solves one task: write a post for a social network, adapted to the platform and audience, with a clear next step. You enter text or an idea, platform, audience description and desired tone as input. The output is one text result in a separate panel. You can copy it or download it as TXT. There is no automatic publishing, mailing or integration with social networks here.
It is important to understand the limits: Post-master does not create photorealistic images, does not generate audio and video, does not make subtitles and does not work with documents. Images, if mentioned in the interface, are vector compositions in SVG and PNG, not photographs. Speech is synthesized via eSpeak in WAV, subtitles in SRT. These are separate formats, not connected to the post text.
The interface is a web form with text fields. There are no sliders, style presets or comparison modes. You just fill in the fields and click "Generate". Such minimalism is convenient for quick tasks, but requires precise input from you, because the tool does not guess the context for you.
Example fields: input — «Bakery launches Saturday bread-making workshop, 2 hours, 8 spots, 1500 ₽»; platform — «Telegram»; audience — «district residents, beginners»; style — «warm, friendly, no pressure».
Preparing the input: idea, platform, audience, style
Start with the "Your text or idea" field. Better give facts: what is happening, when, where, for whom, how much, what the person will get. Do not write "make it beautiful" — the tool does not know your standards. The more specific the input, the fewer edits. The limit of the first field is 8000 characters, additional details 1000 characters. This is enough for a detailed brief.
The platform determines the format. For Telegram short paragraphs and a button-link are appropriate, for Instagram — visual presentation and hashtags, for VK — more extensive text and community mention. The audience sets the vocabulary: beginners need simple words and reassurance, experienced — specifics and details. The style sets the tone: friendly, business, ironic, calm.
Check that the input does not contradict itself. If you ask for "official tone" and "many emojis", the result will be unpredictable. Formulate one main idea and one call to action. For example: "Sign up in personal messages until Friday". This will help the tool build logical text.
Step-by-step workflow
Step 1. Collect facts in a draft. Write down the answers to the questions: what, where, when, for whom, why this is important, what to do next. Step 2. Open Post-master and fill in four fields: input, platform, audience, style. Step 3. Click "Generate" and wait for one result in a separate panel. Step 4. Read the text aloud, check facts and call to action. Step 5. Copy or download TXT and publish manually.
At each step it is useful to cross-check with the original facts. The tool may rearrange accents or add common phrases. Your task is to return accuracy: dates, prices, addresses, conditions. If a promise appeared in the post that you did not give, remove it. Responsibility for publication remains with you.
For recurring tasks create a brief template: facts block, audience block, style block. Then you will spend less time on input and get a draft faster. But do not copy the same text for different platforms — change length, accents and call to action.
Draft after generation: «On Saturday we bake bread together. Two hours, eight spots, all ingredients are ours. Beginners — yes, anyone can handle it. Want to join? Write in personal messages until Friday".
How to check the result
Checking starts with facts. Check the date, time, place, price, number of spots and participation conditions. Then check the call to action: it should be one, clear and executable. If there are several different requests in the text, the reader will get confused. Remove the extra.
Check the tone and appropriateness. Are there phrases that sound like a guarantee or pressure? For educational, financial, medical and legal topics the tool does not give personalized advice, and you should not add them. The post can be informative, but does not replace a specialist's consultation.
Check the format for the platform: length, presence of hashtags, mentions, links. Remember that Post-master does not publish or send out. Everything you put in a social network, you do yourself. If the result contains errors or does not fit, change the input and generate again — model queue and availability may vary.
Limitations and typical errors
The tool does not automatically save history, does not do batch processing, does not recognize text from pictures and does not compare versions. No export to DOCX or PDF, no direct posting and email delivery. Images — only vector SVG and PNG, speech — WAV via eSpeak, subtitles — SRT. Do not expect photorealistic generation or video editing from it.
A typical error — too general input. "Write a post about our product" will give general words. Another error — asking for multiple goals at once: "tell, sell and collect reviews". Better split into several posts. Third error — publishing without checking facts and promises.
Another boundary: the model may make mistakes. Do not consider the result truth in the last instance. If the topic is sensitive, check the formulations with a profile specialist. For finances, health and law make the text educational, without personal recommendations.
Practical scenario: bakery workshop
Imagine a fictional bakery holding a Saturday workshop. The task — collect eight participants via Telegram. Input: facts about time, place, price, difficulty level and call to write in personal messages. Platform — Telegram, audience — district residents, beginners, style — warm and friendly.
After generation we get a short post with an invitation paragraph, details and one call to action. We check: date and price match, eight spots, one call to action. If the tool added "we guarantee perfect bread", we remove it — it is a promise we did not give. If the text is too long for Telegram, we shorten the input and generate again.
Then we adapt for VK: add community mention and a few more details. For Instagram — short text and visual idea, but remember: images here are vector, not photographs. We publish manually and monitor the response. This educational example, not a report on real results.
Post-master speeds up draft creation if you give specific input and check the result. It does not publish, send out or replace your editing. Work step by step: facts, fields, generation, check, manual publication. Take into account format limitations and do not add promises. Then the tool will become a useful assistant in everyday tasks, not a source of errors.
