Do I need an Instagram account?
Savevia does not ask for your Instagram login. It works with publicly accessible posts. A post that requires authentication, is private, or has been removed cannot be downloaded here.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, use a current mobile browser. Downloads usually appear in your browser download list or Files app. On iPhone, you may need Share → Save to Files if the media opens in a new tab.
Which quality can I download?
We show the files the source makes available. Resolution depends on the upload and Instagram delivery. Savevia does not add a watermark or invent a higher-resolution version.
Why might a link fail?
The post may be private, deleted, expired, or temporarily restricted by Instagram. Check that the full post link opens publicly. If the source is busy or restricts automated access, try again later.
Can I download Stories or private profiles?
Private profiles and content requiring login are not supported. Stories expire and usually require authentication. We do not promise access to Stories or bypass account restrictions.
Do you keep my downloads?
We do not create a permanent media archive or ask for your password. Resolved links are cached in server memory for up to 10 minutes, and temporary download links expire after 20 minutes. Hosting access logs may retain IP addresses for security.
